The RMA "Return Manufacturer Authorization" is necessary to send material in Sisgeo for possible repairs/maintenances.
The RMA allows Sisgeo to improve the service in terms of management times and to meet our customer satisfaction.
The procedure previews the compilation of the below reported form; once inserted the request, a confirmation with the related authorisation code will be sent to the e-mail address indicated.
Note: the material has to be packed properly and sent in door to door basis (freight to client charge) to:

In the delivery note (which is compulsory) the authorisation number (RMA) has to be specified.
